Associate Data Analyst

A company is looking for an Associate Operations Data Analyst to join their Operations Data Team. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of analytical models and tools to identify trends and operational insights Conduct research on best practices and assist in improving data models, reporting, and analytical techniques Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate insights and maintain various real-time and historical reports Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or reporting role; experience in financial services is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Demonstrated interest in data analysis and reporting Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with team members and partners at different levels
