Key Responsibilities

Establish the foundation of the analytics practice by translating business concepts into data models and creating actionable KPIs

Collaborate with stakeholders to memorialize business logic and create trusted metrics while ensuring clear documentation for both human users and AI systems

Utilize AI coding assistants and follow engineering best practices to build scalable solutions in a fast-paced startup environment

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering

Deep expertise with dbt, including data modeling, testing, and documentation

Strong experience with BI platforms and proven ability to define metrics with business stakeholders

Proficient in SQL and Python, with a solid understanding of software engineering practices

Experience building analytics practices in high-growth environments
