About The Role

ViralChilly is looking for a passionate and motivated PPC Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT or Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a strong understanding of campaign management, targeting, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies for better ROI.
• Handle campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and conversion tracking.
• Perform A/B testing and remarketing campaigns to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Analyze PPC metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and Quality Score.
• Work on lead generation and conversion-focused performance marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and landing page effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of PPC campaign management and optimization.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
• Ability to independently handle live campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ROI-driven marketing strategies.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT company.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Experience handling international or multi-region campaigns.
