JD:-

Position Brief & Process Summary A key member of the Management services team in AXA GO BO, the main responsibilities include working on Aura Next projects, understanding and meeting client requirements, and proactively communicating with external and internal customers. Supporting on all BAU activities as and when received.

Must have

  • Graduates/B.E./B.Tech
  • Good Communication skill English and French
  • Hands on experience on MS Office Excel and PPT
  • Must be Customer Centric when it comes to deliverables
  • Team collaboration skill

Good to have

  • Project Management skills including (Requirement Gathering, Planning, Rules configuration)
  • Knowledge of Life and health Insurance underwriting
  • Understanding of Life and Healthcare insurance Concepts and Products (Europe and Asia Market)
  • Good Knowledge of O365 applications

Work you will do/Job responsibilities include:

  • Designing workbooks for the rule sets
  • Rules configuration in environment of the tool
  • Performing Test harness/ Quality check when required
  • On call discussion of BAU support required for all French speaking entities at minimum

General Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Computer Science University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent Analytical Skill.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
