This role focuses on <strong>engineering scalable systems and tools</strong>, not just writing tests—turning real-world workflows into reusable automation and intelligent validation.</p> <p><strong>How will you make an impact?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>shared automation frameworks and platform components</strong> used across teams.</li> <li>Build and extend <strong>AI-enabled automation solutions</strong>, including intelligent validation and test generation.</li> <li>Develop <strong>service-level and API automation</strong>, ensuring coverage across distributed systems.</li> <li>Integrate automation into <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, enabling continuous validation at scale.</li> <li>Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on <strong>backlog-driven platform development</strong>.</li> <li>Improve automation efficiency through <strong>AI-assisted development, test generation, and analysis</strong>.</li> <li>Debug and diagnose issues across <strong>automation, services, and system interactions</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Have you got what it takes?</strong></p> <ul> <li>5–8 years of professional software development experience (not just test execution).</li> <li>Strong programming skills in <strong>Java or C#</strong> with solid object-oriented design principles.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>modern automation frameworks</strong> (Playwright or similar).</li> <li>Experience building <strong>API and service-level automation</strong> (REST or event-driven systems).</li> <li>Working knowledge of <strong>Python</strong>, especially for AI-related workflows or tooling.</li> <li>Experience integrating automation into <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>system design, debugging, and maintainability</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to work across teams and contribute to <strong>shared platforms and frameworks</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>AI &amp; Automation expectations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on exposure to <strong>LLMs or AI-assisted development tools</strong>.</li> <li>Experience applying AI/LLM tools to <strong>automate test generation, validation, or analysis</strong>.</li> <li>Practical mindset for using AI to solve <strong>real engineering problems</strong>, not just prompt tuning.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>TypeScript-based frameworks</strong> (Playwright ecosystem).</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)</strong>.</li> <li>Experience building <strong>internal tools, SDKs, or shared libraries</strong>.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>observability and debugging tools</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working in <strong>distributed systems or microservices environments</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
