Key Responsibilities: 1.

Vendor Risk Framework: o Apply the Vendor Risk Framework to assess risks associated with vendors in the sourcing pipeline, VRC, and financial health check. 2.

Sourcing Pipeline Requests: o Understand the Sourcing Pipeline, including key fields and stages, to assess the need for vendor risk evaluations. o Prepare and review reports on the Sourcing Pipeline, following up with Buyers/SBP regarding the Standard/Delegated Sourcing Process. 3.

Financial Due Diligence: o Conduct financial due diligence using tools like CreditSAFE and Dun & Bradstreet. o Collaborate with Buyers and Business Requesters to verify vendor information. o Set up and manage ongoing alerts, ensuring they are communicated effectively to Buyers and Business Requesters. 4.

Vendor Risk

Committee (VRC): o Familiarize yourself with the VRC's terms of reference. o Ensure deals are presented at VRC meetings, prepare for meetings by updating decks, sending calendar invites, and ensuring all due diligence comments are up-to-date. o Document and distribute minutes of VRC meetings using standard templates.
