About Village Brands

Village Brands Inc. is a licensed cannabis manufacturer focused on high-quality vape products and strong commercial execution across Canadian markets. We operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and work closely with provincial boards and retail partners to bring products to market.

We are expanding our direct-to-retailer presence in British Columbia alongside a retail program designed to strengthen relationships, improve sell-through, and drive consistent revenue.

The Role

This is a full-time, sales-driven role responsible for building Village Brands’ BC direct delivery channel while supporting the broader sales team through strong coordination, follow-up, and data organization.

You will generate new business, onboard retail accounts, execute retail programs, and ensure that sales activity, customer communication, and reporting are consistent and reliable.

Core Responsibilities

BC Direct Delivery – Ownership & Growth

  • Build and grow Village Brands’ direct-to-retailer network across British Columbia
  • Curate and develop Direct Delivery offerings
  • Identify and target priority retail accounts
  • Drive onboarding of new retailers into the direct delivery program
  • Maintain consistent engagement with active accounts to drive repeat orders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery

Retail Program Development & Execution

  • Introduce and onboard retailers into Village Brands’ retail programs
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to support participation and retention
  • Collect, organize, and track retailer sales and performance data
  • Use insights to support product sell-through and account growth
  • Coordinate program communication, reporting, and ongoing engagement

Sales Support & Account Coordination

  • Manage customer support inquiries (retailers, partners, product questions, sample requests)
  • Assist the sales team with account tracking, updates, and CRM maintenance
  • Maintain organized calendars, trackers, and submission timelines
  • Ensure accurate SKU, pricing, and product information is maintained

Outbound Sales & Follow-Up Execution

  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls + emails) to warm and target retail accounts
  • Follow up on:
  • samples sent
  • meetings held
  • outreach and prior conversations
  • Support consistent engagement across all active and prospective accounts

Sales Reporting & Data Management

  • Aggregate and organize weekly sales data and SKU performance reports
  • Maintain clean, structured sales and account data
  • Provide clear weekly reporting on:
  • outbound activity
  • pipeline status
  • account engagement
  • program participation

  • Organized and up-to-date calendars, trackers, and pipeline visibility
  • Fast, professional communication with retail partners
  • Accurate SKU, pricing, and submission information
  • Consistent follow-ups that move opportunities forward
  • Clean, reliable sales reporting and data aggregation
  • Growth in BC direct delivery accounts and program participation

  • Self-starter who takes ownership of results
  • Experience in B2B sales in cannabis
  • Experience working with retail accounts or provincial distribution models
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting, and sales tracking tools

Pay: $55,700.00-$74,756.55 per year
