3D visualiser & CorelDraw

As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models, photorealistic renders, and animated walkthroughs for architectural and interior design projects. You should be creative, technically skilled, and have a keen eye for detail, material realism, and lighting.

• **3D Modeling:**
• Produce accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and landscapes using SketchUp, based on 2D drawings, sketches, or architectural plans.
• **Rendering and Visualization:**
• Utilize D5 Render for real-time visualization and to produce high-quality, photorealistic still images, animations, and 360-degree panoramas.
• **CorelDRAW:**
• Design and develop logos, packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, banners, and product visuals using CorelDRAW.
• Create marketing and promotional materials (digital and print).
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and print accuracy.
• Prepare print-ready files, mockups, and final artworks as per production specifications.
• Adapt designs across various platforms (web, social media, print).
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, printing techniques, and CorelDRAW tools.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a creative mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
