Cybersecurity Analyst - (VAPT & Application Security)

As a Security Analyst in the SecureNexus division, you will be responsible for performing Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on various platforms including web, mobile, infrastructure, and APIs. Your role will also involve conducting secure code reviews, analyzing security incidents, and ensuring the protection of sensitive data for both our organization and our customers. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Performing VAPT on Web, Mobile, Infrastructure, and APIs.
• Conducting Secure Code Reviews.
• Demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, Java, etc.
• Writing technical reports.
• Investigating and analyzing security events to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Implementing and maintaining security controls and measures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.
• Participating in security awareness and training programs.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of security technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with programming languages (C, Python, Java, etc.).
• Ability to learn and upgrade technical and non-technical skills.
• Technical report writing skills.
• Basic understanding of AWS/GCP/Oracle/Azure cloud platforms.
• Certification in relevant security domains (e.g., CEH, CISSP) is a plus.
