Burrard Animal Hospital + Emergency is seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Director to lead our talented team in the heart of Vancouver. What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care
• Lead and support the veterinary team in maintaining strong medical standards
• Mentor and support DVMs and RVTs, fostering professional growth
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to support clinic operations and team success
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture

• Competitive compensation with leadership premium and bonus potential (salary range: $175,000–$195,000 based on experience)

What You Bring

• DVM licensing, or eligibility to be licensed in British Columbia
• 2+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience considered an asset)

• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
