Job Description
You are looking for a Customer Research Advisor to join the growing Customer Success (CS) team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Lead Research Advisors and clients to design, execute, and manage end-to-end research projects for global clients across diverse fields such as technology, retail, healthcare, and AI. Your main responsibility will be to help clients derive meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a platform expert to educate clients on features and functionalities
- Provide strategic recommendations on research design and methodology
- Manage end-to-end research projects including planning, survey design, recruitment, fielding, analysis, and reporting
- Design surveys and write effective questionnaires aligned with research objectives
- Conduct and support both qualitative and quantitative research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to improve user experience
- Create training materials and documentation for clients
- Ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Apply survey logic, basic programming, and data structuring techniques effectively
- Identify, recruit, and manage appropriate participant panels and target audiences
- Present findings through clear, concise reports and presentations
- *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field (Masters preferred but not mandatory)
- 3+ years of experience in market research, customer research, or a related domain
- Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Hands-on experience in survey designing and questionnaire writing
- Experience managing multiple research projects end-to-end simultaneously
- Close attention to detail, including accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Experience working with research panels and audience targeting
- Familiarity with research platforms like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar tools
- Solid client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
