We are looking for Account Management Specialist to onboard advertisers, manage relationships, source traffic, and optimize campaigns. This hybrid role combines account management, business development, and performance marketing.

A global performance advertising platform helping advertisers scale through high-quality traffic, advanced targeting, and dedicated support.

What you will do:

• Onboard and support advertisers; help launch and scale campaigns
• Monitor performance and recommend optimizations (creatives, targeting, bidding)
• Build strong client relationships and drive retention
• Identify, acquire, and convert new advertiser leads; manage pipeline
• Source and manage traffic partners (publishers, SSPs)
• Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, CRM, Accounting, Marketing) for smooth execution

Requirements

• Experience in DSPs, ad networks, affiliate/performance marketing, media buying, sales, or account management is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical, proactive, and growth-focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience handling international clients is a strong advantage
• Participation in industry events/trade fairs is a plus
