About FlamyAds
A global performance advertising platform helping advertisers scale through high-quality traffic, advanced targeting, and dedicated support.
What you will do:
- Onboard and support advertisers; help launch and scale campaigns
- Monitor performance and recommend optimizations (creatives, targeting, bidding)
- Build strong client relationships and drive retention
- Identify, acquire, and convert new advertiser leads; manage pipeline
- Source and manage traffic partners (publishers, SSPs)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, CRM, Accounting, Marketing) for smooth execution
Requirements
- Experience in DSPs, ad networks, affiliate/performance marketing, media buying, sales, or account management is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical, proactive, and growth-focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience handling international clients is a strong advantage
- Participation in industry events/trade fairs is a plus
