As a Logistics & SCM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the overall warehouse operations, handling goods, transportation, and ensuring the smooth flow of the company's supply chain. Your main duties will include:
- Managing warehouse and handling goods inventory accurately.
- Allocating goods to each customer segment to ensure a steady supply.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure product quality and promotional gifts.
- Handling and delivering goods/gifts according to marketing programs.
- Ensuring timely delivery, quantity accuracy, and quality standards.
- Managing transportation and logistics relationships, optimizing transportation routes, and monitoring delivery processes.
- Monitoring logistics costs and optimizing transportation efficiency.
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure stable operations.
You will also be involved in Supply Chain Management tasks such as:
- Collaborating with Business Director/Channel Director to develop monthly forecasts.
- Forecasting products, raw materials, and packaging to ensure continuous production planning.
- Checking inventory/raw materials and packaging availability for timely manufacturing.
- Working with the production team to ensure production lead times and delivery schedules.
- Working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

Qualifications required for this role include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse management, and logistics.
- Preference for experience in FMCG, MT/GT/M&B/Ecommerce, or startups.
