About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with an educational background in IT/Computer Science/Information Technology with 0-2 Years experience. The candidate will assist in managing IT/software development projects, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and smooth execution under the guidance of senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring IT projects.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and project trackers.
• Follow up with team members on task completion and deadlines.
• Support in organizing client meetings, preparing minutes, and sharing updates.
• Learn and work on project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.

Required Skills

• Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / B.E. (IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering) or MCA/BCA.
• Fresh pass-out (0–1 year).
• Certification in project management (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.) is a plus.
