Role Overview:

Be the on-ground representative at project sites. Supervise CCTV installations, manage field teams, ensure quality & safety, and keep daily progress on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise CCTV installation (cameras, cabling, fiber splicing, NVR racks).
• Ensure work matches drawings & specs.
• Manage subcontracted labour & manpower.
• Submit daily progress reports with photos.
• Track material usage & raise requisitions
• Enforce site safety & compliance.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/CCTV (or equivalent field experience).
• 2–5 years in CCTV/ELV installation & supervision.
• Knowledge of IP cameras, fiber optics, PoE switches, NVR racks.
• Strong communication in Hindi/English & local language.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
