Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and nurture a strong network of relevant stakeholders — including media contacts, analysts, and influencers
- Devise and implement short- and long-term strategies to achieve client and organisational goals
- Oversee all public relations activities, manage media inquiries, and collaborate effectively with leadership
- Stay ahead of PR trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations, leveraging deep industry knowledge
- Conceptualise and execute impactful PR events, campaigns, and initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and delegate effectively — helping team members identify growth areas while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Establish, refine, and implement PR policies and procedures
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Journalism, or Finance
- Experience: 6–8 years for Senior Account Manager (SAM) | 8–10 years for Account Director (AD)
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
