Mental Health Therapist or Counselor (LGPC and LGSW)
About The Role
Join our clinician-centered multidisciplinary team in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC, and grow your career alongside counselors, social workers, and psychologists. At Ellie Mental Health, we prioritize clinician well-being so our team can provide exceptional care. We are seeking full-time DC Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) and Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LGSWs) interested in gaining post-graduate clinical experience. Paid supervision is included.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
- Provide high-quality, client-centered care.
- Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
- Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Active DC license, or license-eligible, and able to practice under board-approved supervision.
