Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Clinic Operations Manager is based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Clinic Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of multiple clinic sites, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless patient care. Responsibilities include managing clinic staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing scheduling and resource allocation, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. The manager will work closely with clinic teams to implement best practices, evaluate performance metrics, and address operational challenges while fostering a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and staff management skills, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Operational management and workflow optimization experience, with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity.
- Proficiency in healthcare administrative tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with clinic teams, patients, and external partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, clinic operations, and patient care standards; experience with digital health technologies is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Wage
$19/hr starting, 3 months eval, then every 6 months thereafter
