You are a seasoned and strategic Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). - Lead backlog grooming and story refinement with development teams

- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to optimize Salesforce utilization
- Support Agile ceremonies and track project progress, risks, and blockers
