Labor Relations Specialist

As a Labor Relations Specialist at Ventra, you will play a crucial role in addressing workplace issues, conducting investigations, and supporting policy development and implementation. Your focus will be on promoting positive employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Assist in developing and cascading policies and code of discipline to employees.
• Develop and maintain positive employee relations by promoting open communication channels and addressing concerns.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resources Management or related course.
• Knowledgeable in The Labor Code of The Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and HR policies.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing reports.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
