Lab Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technician to manage in-house quality testing for spices and dehydrated food products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct raw material and finished goods testing for spices and dehydrated products
• Perform moisture, mesh size, granulation, color, and purity analysis
• Ensure products meet internal quality benchmarks and client specifications
• Maintain proper lab records, reports, and documentation
• Handle sampling, batch testing, and quality approvals before dispatch
• Monitor and maintain lab equipment and calibration
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations
• Coordinate with production team to improve product quality and consistency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
