Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Behavioural Therapists (Junior & Senior) specializing in ABA, based in Trivandrum. Primary responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and preparing detailed session documentation. The therapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that client-specific behavior intervention plans are effectively executed and optimized over time. Engaging and supporting clients and their families is a key aspect of this role, alongside attending regular staff training and contributing to the development of best practices. Qualifications Expertise in ABA principles, behavioral intervention techniques, and client-focused therapy approachesStrong observational, data collection, and analytical skills to interpret behavior and inform treatment planningExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team membersAbility to build rapport and demonstrate patience, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in client interactionsProficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation, reports, and tracking client progressRelevant certifications or training in ABA or behavior therapy; Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferredBachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related fieldPrevious experience in providing ABA therapy or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is an advantage
