You are a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms. Your role involves strong hands-on experience in paid ads, social media management, and lead generation strategies.

- Monitor KPIs like CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audience targeting
- Perform daily campaign tracking and optimization
- Manage company social media handles
- Plan monthly content calendar and coordinate with the design team for creatives
- Ensure consistent brand voice and engagement on social media
- Generate high-quality leads through paid and organic channels
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Track and report campaign performance regularly
- Think creatively for ad campaigns and suggest new campaign ideas, offers, and content angles
- *Required Skills:**
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Social media management expertise
- Understanding of audience targeting & retargeting
- Knowledge of funnels and lead generation strategies
