The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in our DC office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You
- You have 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
- You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the District of Columbia.

Compensation
- $310,000 - $360,000 annual base salary
