- Corporate Navigation: Analyze organization hierarchies and departments to identify the exact decision-makers or specialists needed for a project.
- End-to-End Coordination: Facilitate and schedule consultation calls between clients and industry experts.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in recruitment, executive search, or an expert network company.
- Sourcing Masters: Proficiency in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
- Communication Champions: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are necessary for interacting with global experts and clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how different industries, departments, and corporate structures operate.
