Position Overview
We're is looking for a dynamic and well-connected Part-Time HR & Referral Marketing director based in NCR. The role requires strong communication skills, hiring experience, and the ability to develop professional relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals in NCR.
HR & Recruitment Responsibilities
Screening, shortlisting, and hiring candidates for:
- Ayurveda Doctors
- Naturopathy Doctors
- Therapists
- Housekeeping Staff
- Kitchen Staff
- Front Office & Support Teams
- Conduct telephonic and online/face2face interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare salary sheet, compliance of ESI and PF.
- Coordinate with unit heads at Rishikesh, Goa, and Kerala properties regarding manpower
requirements.
