Wellness Manager

The Slimming / Wellness Manager is responsible for driving revenue through wellness and slimming programs while providing expert dietary guidance. This role combines sales leadership, client counseling, and nutrition planning to achieve business targets and deliver measurable client results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation

• Drive sales of slimming, weight management, and wellness packages
• Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into paying clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Upsell and cross-sell treatments, packages, and products
• Handle client consultations with a strong sales approach

Client Consultation & Diet Planning

• Conduct body assessments and lifestyle analysis
• Provide customized diet plans and weight-loss programs
• Monitor client progress and ensure visible results
• Build strong client relationships to improve retention

Team & Operations Management

• Lead and train counselors, therapists, and diet staff
• Monitor daily center operations and service quality
• Ensure high standards of customer experience

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Support local marketing activities and promotional campaigns
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Maintain strong conversion ratios

Reporting & Compliance

• Track sales performance and client progress reports
• Maintain client records and diet plans
• Ensure hygiene and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in slimming centers, wellness clinics, or aesthetic industry
• Strong sales and client conversion experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
