The Opportunity
We are seeking driven, high-energy candidates to join our core engineering team. This is a high-impact role designed for builders who thrive at the intersection of software and physical hardware. You will be responsible for crafting the Operations Ecosystem—the mission-critical software that makes our robots accessible, user-friendly, and data-driven.

What You’ll Be Doing
- User-Centric Interfaces: Develop high-performance mobile and browser-based applications to make robot control and monitoring intuitive for end-users.
- Telematics & Data Pipelines: Engineer the backend pipelines that ingest, process, and store telemetry data from our robots across the globe.
- Operational Infrastructure: Build and scale internal platform services, including automated ticketing systems, fleet management tools, and real-time analytics dashboards.
- AI/ML Deployment: Take the lead on building and deploying your own Machine Learning models to derive predictive insights from real-world robotics data.
- Mathematical Logic: Implement software solutions that require strong computational thinking, utilizing trigonometry and geometric calculations to translate robot data into meaningful visual information.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Full Stack Experience: You have a track record of building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems (internships, freelance, or substantial personal projects).
- Mathematical Inclination: You possess a strong grasp of mathematics (Trigonometry, Calculus, and Geometry). You enjoy the challenge of using math to solve complex logic and data visualization problems.
- High Energy & Drive: You are a self-starter who takes ownership of a task and follows it through to deployment. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love to ship code.
Technical Skills We Value (Bonus)
- Languages & Frameworks: Flutter, Golang, or Python (for backend systems).
- Data & Cloud: SQL or PostgreSQL experience; familiarity with deploying and managing apps on AWS.
- IoT Systems: Prior experience with IoT protocols, real-time data streaming, or device-to-cloud communication.
- Location: Candidates currently living in Pune are strongly preferred.
