🚀 We're Hiring: Marketing & Industry Relations Coordinator | Mumbai
VDMA India – Mumbai Branch Office is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic professional to join our team and contribute to strengthening Indo-European industrial collaboration.
If you enjoy industry research, business communication, event management, and working with senior professionals across India's manufacturing sector, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research and prepare market intelligence reports, presentations, and newsletter content
- Plan and coordinate conferences, networking events, business meetings, and webinars
- Engage with European and Indian member companies through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Manage and update databases, and contact records
- Execute email marketing campaigns and event promotion activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Assist in content development for social media, website updates, and member communications
- Support senior management in business development and member engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate in Management, Commerce, Economics, Arts, Humanities, Law, or related non-engineering disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of professional work experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with senior industry professionals
