Position Overview:

• As a Supply Chain and Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and maintaining vendor relationships tied to our recent acquisition, ensuring alignment for future production needs.
• You will lead the sourcing of components with an emphasis on optimizing supply chain performance, supporting lean manufacturing principles, and upholding high quality standards.
• Additionally, you will apply lean practices in developing and refining workflow processes for both new and existing product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships to support current and future production.
• Source new components that meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Implement and support lean manufacturing practices across supply chain and production operations.
• Develop and refine workflow processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement within a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Credentials:

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Experience with water well drill rigs
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
