IT Helpdesk Analyst
This is a full-time or contract role, requiring an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide positive support and customer service for colleagues with computer hardware, software, peripherals, and account issues.
- Monitor and respond promptly to requests through the internal IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
- Effectively resolve IT support issues by triaging problems and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Fulfill key responsibilities including updating customer status via a help desk ticketing system, logging interactions and resolutions, resetting user passwords/accounts,and more.
