IT Helpdesk Analyst Role at VBeyond Corporation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional IT support and customer service experience to colleagues.
  • Monitor and promptly respond to requests through the internal IT Helpdesk ticketing system.

Key Skills And Experience:

  • Prior experience working directly with customers in a service environment is essential, ideally for at least 1 year.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), MacOS, Windows operating systems, software installation/configuration/troubleshooting on both platforms are required skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology along with proven work history is necessary
