Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional IT support and customer service experience to colleagues.
- Monitor and promptly respond to requests through the internal IT Helpdesk ticketing system.
Key Skills And Experience:
- Prior experience working directly with customers in a service environment is essential, ideally for at least 1 year.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), MacOS, Windows operating systems, software installation/configuration/troubleshooting on both platforms are required skills.
- Demonstrated passion for technology along with proven work history is necessary
