Role Description

• Provide Windows server administration & support.
• Support Windows server patching through WSUS server infrastructure.
• Windows server security compliance and remediation.
• Setup and troubleshoot any issues with core infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS DHCP, File/Print services.
• Support email infrastructure built on exchange/O365.
• Support O365 services - Intune, Teams, OneDrive.
• Work on Windows Infrastructure upgrade/improvement projects/tasks.
• Install/Configure Windows servers remotely. Perform Windows server OD upgrades.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role: Windows/exchange server administrator

• Would be member of core Window global system admin team.
• Would be required to work on Global projects & rollouts.

Location:

• Noida (Preferred)/Bangalore

Skill Required:

• Technical knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with Windows Operating System.
• Should have very good skills in Windows administration & Scripting.
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft OS version Windows 2019/2022/2025.
• Should have knowledge of Infrastructure services Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies.
• Should have working experience to support on premises exchange infrastructure.
• Should have working experience on O365 technologies.
• Strong analytical/problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal Communications Skills.
