We are hiring hands-on scientists who can independently take experiments from design → execution → analysis → publication → translational application. We have three distinct openings. Please read the specific qualifications for each before applying.

Position 1 — Scientist Grade I (Senior / Specialist)

Compensation: INR 12–24 LPA (negotiable, plus benefits)

Role level: Senior scientist / group leader track

Required Qualifications ● PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a closely related discipline ● Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral research or equivalent industry R&D experience after PhD ● First-author publications in peer-reviewed international journals ● Demonstrable hands-on expertise in RNA therapeutics or oligonucleotide-based drug development

Preferred Qualifications ● International research experience (USA, Europe, Australia, or comparable) ● Experience leading small research teams or independent projects ● Prior involvement in preclinical or IND-enabling studies

Core Expertise Expected ● Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) design and biology ● siRNA and RNA interference technologies ● Oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) platforms ● Translational and preclinical drug development workflows

Position 2 — Scientist Grade II (Mid-Level / Research Associate) Compensation: INR 6–12 LPA Role level: Hands-on bench scientist

Required Qualifications ● PhD, M.Tech, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline ● Currently active in a research laboratory (academic or industry) ● At least 2 years of independent bench experience (post-qualifying degree) ● Co-authorship on at least one peer-reviewed publication preferred

Core Expertise Expected ● Mammalian and bacterial cell culture ● Standard molecular biology workflows (see "Technical Skills" below) ● Experimental design and data analysis ● Willingness to work across cancer biology and RNA therapeutics projects

Position 3 — Scientist (Chemistry / Oligonucleotide Synthesis) This is a specialized opening and will be mapped to Grade I or Grade II based on experience.

Required Qualifications ● PhD in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or Chemical Biology ● Demonstrable hands-on experience in solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis ● Strong foundation in nucleic acid chemistry relevant to therapeutic development

Core Expertise Expected ● Solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis (phosphoramidite chemistry) ● Design and chemical modification of oligonucleotides (backbone, sugar, and base modifications) ● Purification techniques (HPLC, IEX, RP) ● Characterization (LC-MS, HRMS, CD spectroscopy, UV-Tm) ● Practical understanding of DNA/RNA chemistry in a drug-development context

Common Responsibilities (All Positions) 1. Design and execute experiments on cancer and healthy cell models. 2. Perform mammalian and bacterial cell culture. 3. Carry out molecular, biochemical, and imaging assays end-to-end. 4. Analyze and interpret complex experimental datasets. 5. Prepare manuscripts, reports, and regulatory documentation. 6.
