Brand, Growth & Community Lead | Location - Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh

Himalayan Pine Company (HPCo) is building a portfolio of Himalayan consumer brands across sustainable tableware, honey, wild foods, healthy snacks, gifting, fragrances and tourism experiences. We are looking for someone who wants to build, not merely manage.

Role Mandate | Build the HPCo brand | Build and nurture communities | Create hospitality and tourism partnerships | Drive customer acquisition and retention | Execute founder-led growth initiatives | Convert ideas into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities | Build physical and digital communities | Develop ambassador, referral and loyalty programmes | Create hospitality, café, resort and tourism partnerships | Launch activations and events | Support retail expansion | Build repeat purchase systems | Coordinate cross-functional projects | Drive customer engagement and brand advocacy.

Success After 12 Months | Active and engaged community ecosystem | Strong hospitality partner network | Repeat customer programmes operational | Community-led events running | Growth in owned audiences across WhatsApp, Instagram, email and newsletters | Increased brand visibility and customer retention.

Ideal Candidate | Has built a community, brand, partnership network, sales channel, growth programme, ambassador programme or customer acquisition engine | Comfortable working directly with founders | Strong execution ability | Able to operate across sales, marketing, partnerships and community building.
