Job Description
VarenyaZ is hiring a full-time remote Business Analyst to support business growth initiatives in the IT services space. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads for services, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective business communication and market outreach.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business needs, identify suitable service opportunities, and contribute to the company’s expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT services sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a business development, business analysis, or client acquisition role.
- Previous experience in an IT software development company is mandatory.
- Proven track record of acquiring clients.
- Applications that do not meet all of the above requirements will not be considered.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional fluency in English; familiarity with US and British accents is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Expertise in lead generation, B2B client engagement, business communication, and opportunity analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented.
