Position Summary
We are hiring a Quality Inspector / Quality Control Engineer on behalf of our client in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
This role is responsible for daily quality inspection activities across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. The successful candidate will also support abnormality reporting and basic quality analysis to ensure product quality and consistency.
The role is suitable for candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality inspection, especially in electronic components, earphones, earbuds, Bluetooth audio devices, wearable consumer electronics, and packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming quality inspection for raw materials and components.
- Perform in-process quality inspection during production.
- Carry out final random inspection of finished goods before shipment or release.
- Inspect products such as electronic components, earphones, earbuds, Bluetooth earphones, wearable audio electronics, and packaging materials.
- Identify quality issues and non-conformities during inspection processes.
- Prepare and maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Draft and support analysis of abnormality / non-conformance reports.
- Work with internal teams to communicate inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Help maintain product quality standards in daily production and inspection operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Quality, Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in quality inspection or quality control.
- Experience in inspection of consumer electronics, electronic parts, or related products is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process checks, and finished goods inspection.
- Experience in writing or supporting abnormality / quality analysis reports is preferred.
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in daily work.
