About VANSTRO
VanStro Global Supply Inc. is a Winnipeg-based company specializing in cabinetry and building materials supply. We are currently in a growth phase, expanding our dealer network and building a local sales team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR / Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring and team development efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be involved in building a team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job postings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment tracking and documentation
- Assist with onboarding processes
- Support HR-related administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
