1. Job Identification

- Scope: Responsible for handling public relations activities, government liaison, external communications, client coordination, event support, documentation follow-up, and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.
2. Role Purpose
The Public Relation Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing communication and coordination between the organization and external stakeholders including government departments, vendors, institutions, customers, and business partners.
The role ensures smooth handling of approvals, documentation, external coordination, relationship management, and public-facing activities while supporting the company’s operational and business requirements.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Government & Statutory Liaison
- Coordinate with government offices and statutory authorities for approvals and documentation.
- Handle license applications, renewals, registrations, and related follow-ups.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of official documents.
- Maintain proper records of statutory and government-related documents.
B. Public Relations & External Coordination
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, institutions, and service providers.
- Represent the organization during external meetings and official visits.
- Handle external communication professionally on behalf of the organization.
C. Documentation & Follow-Up
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of official records.
- Track pending approvals, renewals, and external submissions.
- Ensure timely follow-up for all assigned external coordination activities.
- Prepare status reports for management review.
D. Event & Business Support
- Assist in organizing company events, promotional activities, and public functions.
- Coordinate arrangements for management visits and external meetings.
- Support showroom opening events, campaigns, and public activities.
- Coordinate logistics and communication for special business events.
E. Customer & Institutional Coordination
- Coordinate with institutional clients and business associates when required.
- Handle customer escalations or public-related concerns professionally.
- Support relationship-building initiatives for business growth.
- Maintain professional communication standards with all stakeholders.
F. Operational Support
- Support management in administrative and operational coordination activities.
- Assist departments in external follow-ups and document processing.
- Coordinate emergency or urgent external requirements when needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between external parties and internal teams.
G. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.
- Maintain records of approvals, renewals, and pending tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
- Escalate critical issues or delays to management immediately.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
