Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the entertainment and events sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, event planners, and local partners
- Plan and execute promotional activities, tie-ups, and campaigns to increase revenue
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of events and activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the entertainment, events, or hospitality sector
