Salary: Upto ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the entertainment and events sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, event planners, and local partners
• Plan and execute promotional activities, tie-ups, and campaigns to increase revenue
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of events and activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, preferably in the entertainment, events, or hospitality sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Good networking and relationship management skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Basic knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in amusement parks, gaming zones, event companies, or similar industries
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for entertainment and customer engagement
