Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Manage medication inventory, including stock replenishment and proper storage
• Provide patient care by answering questions related to medications and usage instructions
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements
• Maintain detailed records of medication transactions in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support medication administration processes as needed, ensuring proper documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control procedures and confidentiality policies

Experience

• Prior pharmacy technician experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and healthcare
• Experience in patient care activities within a pharmacy or hospital setting is highly desirable
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards is essential
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
