Job Description

As a Senior Fitness Coach at our premium fitness studio, your role will involve conducting one-on-one and small-group training sessions, designing customized workout programs, demonstrating correct exercise techniques, and tracking client progress for optimal results. You will also be responsible for delivering a high-touch client experience, maintaining client relationships, and providing guidance on lifestyle, recovery, and goal setting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting fitness assessments such as mobility, posture, and body composition
  • Designing structured strength, conditioning, and transformation-based programs
  • Offering basic nutrition advice aligned with client goals
  • Guiding clients on habit-building, recovery, and overall wellness
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized training environment
  • Following studio guidelines, SOPs, and safety standards
  • Collaborating with studio managers and other coaches
  • Participating in workshops, events, and member engagement activities
  • Supporting new member onboarding when required

To qualify for this role, you should have:

  • 37 years of experience as a fitness coach/personal trainer
  • Certification from ACE / NASM / ISSA / K11 or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and conditioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work morning/evening shifts based on client demand
  • CPR or first-aid certification is a plus
