Job Description
As a Senior Fitness Coach at our premium fitness studio, your role will involve conducting one-on-one and small-group training sessions, designing customized workout programs, demonstrating correct exercise techniques, and tracking client progress for optimal results. You will also be responsible for delivering a high-touch client experience, maintaining client relationships, and providing guidance on lifestyle, recovery, and goal setting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting fitness assessments such as mobility, posture, and body composition
- Designing structured strength, conditioning, and transformation-based programs
- Offering basic nutrition advice aligned with client goals
- Guiding clients on habit-building, recovery, and overall wellness
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized training environment
- Following studio guidelines, SOPs, and safety standards
- Collaborating with studio managers and other coaches
- Participating in workshops, events, and member engagement activities
- Supporting new member onboarding when required
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 37 years of experience as a fitness coach/personal trainer
- Certification from ACE / NASM / ISSA / K11 or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and conditioning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work morning/evening shifts based on client demand
- CPR or first-aid certification is a plus
