Job Title: Training Coordinator – Corporate Office
Job Summary
The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring employee training and development activities at the Corporate Office. The role includes scheduling training programmes, maintaining training records, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and schedule employee training programmes and workshops.
2. Communicate training schedules and session details to employees.
3. Arrange training materials, venue, attendance sheets, and required facilities.
4. Coordinate with internal and external trainers for programme execution.
5. Maintain training records, attendance, feedback, and certification details.
6. Prepare training reports and monthly training status updates.
7. Support onboarding and induction training for new employees.
8. Ensure compliance training programmes are conducted on time.
9. Collect employee feedback and assist in improving training effectiveness.
10. Monitor employee participation and follow up on pending trainings.
11. Maintain training calendars and learning databases.
12. Support HR and management in organizing employee development initiatives.
Required Skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Organizational and time management skills
· Record maintenance and documentation skills
· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Educational Qualification:
· Any Bachelor’s Degree
· MBA / HR specialization preferred
Experience
· 1–4 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or administration preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
