Senior Manager FP&A 3 Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Financial Advisory — Advise assigned business unit(s) and senior finance leadership on financial planning, analysis, and business growth. Present business cases and propose solutions to enhance profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting — Lead the annual budget process, challenging key assumptions and ensuring an accurate forecast with buy-in from key stakeholders. Support variance analysis against budget, forecast, and strategic plans.
• Financial Reporting — Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close packages and supporting narratives. Ensure internal reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Team Leadership — Recruit, coach, and supervise team members. Provide financial guidance and analytical support to peers and direct reports.
• Projects & Audit — Lead special projects including profitability studies and system initiatives. Liaise with internal and external auditors and respond to information requests.

Requirements

• CPA designation and/or MBA required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and write formal recommendations.
• Advanced MS Excel; Hyperion and SQL strongly preferred; Qlik a plus.
• Proven FP&A experience — forecasting, budgeting, and operational analysis — with strong business acumen and the ability to manage tight deadlines and lead change.

Pay Rate

$65.00/Hour
