About the Opportunity
- Processing complex monthly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now®
- Responding to payroll inquiries from employees regarding payroll, benefit and RRSP related questions
- Preparing payroll journal entry upload file using Excel
- Preparing annual T4 statements and year‑end reconciliations.
About You
- A minimum of 5 years in a payroll‑related role with primary responsibility for payroll administration and processing within a complex environment
- Demonstrated expert knowledge and experience working with ADP Workforce Now
- Payroll Accounting (journal entries, T4, reconciliations)
Pay Range
$40 – $45 / hour
Benefits
The position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
