Accounting Operations Manager

Lead accounting functions as a Controller within the Value Stream division. Ensure disciplined financial reporting and compliance while enhancing processes across multiple client portfolios.

In this Controller position, you will oversee complex accounting operations, focusing on month-end closes and accurate financial reporting. You'll engage with various teams to provide management insights and support key business decisions while driving continuous process improvements within your division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close for 30+ P&Ls
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze operating results to identify trends
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis
• Collaborate to enhance financial data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 2+ years in a management or Controller role
• Strong Excel skills and business acumen
• Excellent time management and communication skills
