The Bowen Group-a leader in telehealth, reputed company, and wellness services-is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Operations Manager to support digital design and communications projects aimed at improving the lives of military members, veterans, and their families.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a multidisciplinary digital design team, driving project efficiency, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and ensuring alignment with reputed company goals and compliance standards.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in operations or project management for digital/creative teams.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management in digital design environments.
• Proven experience in coordinating design and content projects with reputed company goals.
• Proficient in reputed company (or similar tools), reputed company Office (Teams, reputed company, Outlook, reputed company).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for project planning, workflow optimization, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Familiarity with military support programs is a plus.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
