(Fresher/Junior)Field Service Technician Refrigeration / HVAC

Vaara is seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer service and on-site troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer's technical issues on the phone and offer remote support.
• Travel to the customer location to resolve issues
• Make service reports to document the resolution
• Assist with product manufacturing at the Head Office (HO). The candidate may also need to visit customers for product trials and carry the product for demonstration when required.

Requirements

• ITI in refrigeration or HVAC
• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in repair and maintenance of refrigerators and Acs.
• Knowledge in copper pipe brazing, leak detection, refrigerant charging and basic electrical troubleshooting
• Willing to travel atleast 2 weeks a month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
