About Us
VA Mantra is a fast-growing digital services company working with international clients in real estate and business management. We are hiring confident, fluent English-speaking candidates for a calling and customer support role with long-term growth opportunities.
This is not a sales job and there are no sales targets. The role involves calling vendors, companies, and customers in the USA on behalf of our US-based clients, along with computer-based administrative work.
Job Responsibilities
Training will be provided.
- Make outbound calls to vendors, companies, customers, and leads based in the USA
- Speak professionally and clearly over the phone
- Follow call scripts and team instructions
- Update call notes and customer information in the system
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups when required
- Perform basic computer and administrative tasks
Skills & Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory, both spoken and written
- Strong confidence in speaking over phone calls
- Basic computer and internet knowledge is required
- Good listening and communication skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to work night shift only
- USA real estate calling experience is preferred
- Customer support or cold-calling experience is an advantage
