Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Director with strong experience in managing B2B technology clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive client relationships, lead account growth, and deliver impactful communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key B2B tech client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding business goals and aligning communication strategies accordingly
- Drive account growth, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across PR, digital, and integrated marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Lead and mentor account teams, ensuring high performance and delivery excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media) to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor industry trends, especially within the technology and B2B ecosystem, to provide strategic insights
Key Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in account management / client servicing
- Proven experience handling B2B technology clients (SaaS, IT services, startups, enterprise tech, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and account expansion
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams
- Background in PR, advertising, or integrated marketing agencies preferred
